Health conditions, disability, and injury can create real barriers to staying in work or returning after a period of absence. With the right support, many of these barriers can be reduced or removed entirely, allowing people to remain in productive, fulfilling employment. That’s the aim of vocational Occupational Therapy.
I have extensive experience conducting work-based assessments across a wide variety of employment settings and health conditions. Whether you are an employer seeking to support a valued member of staff, an individual navigating a return to work, or an HR professional looking for professional guidance on reasonable adjustments, I can help.

Under the Equality Act 2010, employers have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments for employees with a disability or long-term health condition. An independent OT assessment provides the evidence base needed to identify appropriate adjustments, protect the employer from legal risk, and give the employee the best chance of remaining in work successfully. My reports are professionally structured and are routinely used by HR teams, Occupational health departments, and employment tribunals.
