Skilled, well-supported care teams are one of the most important factors in the wellbeing of people living with complex health conditions. My training and supervision service is designed for care teams, team leaders, personal assistants, family carers, and work colleagues who support individuals with neurological conditions, brain injuries, or complex care needs.
Drawing on extensive experience in running and supporting care teams, as well as a personal commitment to holistic, person-centred care (including the often-overlooked area of faith and spirituality), I offer bespoke training and regular supervision that genuinely improves the quality of care and the confidence of those delivering it.
Faith, beliefs and spirituality care needs can often be overlooked in professional care settings, yet for many individuals and families, faith is central to identity, coping, and quality of life. I bring a genuine personal interest in this area, and can help care teams understand how to include spiritual care needs respectfully and practically within their assessments and care plans – without imposing values or making assumptions. This reflects a truly holistic, caring and high quality approach to the people in your care.
